On behalf of my family, I want to thank you and the staff of
Twin Oaks for the wonderful care you gave my mother, Thelma
Mascik, during the years she spent at your establishment. Her
health and well being were attentively watched over. You were
good about communicating with us regarding her care and answering
any questions we might have or solving problems. And my mom
specifically wanted to thank the aides, who she felt were particularly
kind to her. I apologize for forgetting the exact names, but
I know that there was a mother and daughter she especially appreciated.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you
for allowing my mom, to reside at your facility. The staff took
wonderful care of mom and they are truly an exceptional group
of people. Everyone we came into contact with at Twin Oaks seemed
to have a calling for working with the elderly. Upbeat personalities,
patience and concern were the norm. Twin Oaks is very fortunate
to have assembled such a staff.
When we began the search for someplace for
mom to go last November, I was very discourage as to the facilities
available. The moment I stepped into Twin Oaks, I knew that
was the place for mom to live and my instincts proved to be
correct. It quickly became “home” for mom—a
place where she felt secure.
